広大な宇宙の中で太陽系はどのように誕生したのだろうか．太陽の周りを回るガスと塵の円盤からつくられた惑星達はどうして個性豊かなのだろうか．そして，なぜ地球には生命が産まれたのだろう．宇宙や太陽系，惑星環境の進化の鍵を握る化学反応を実験で明らかにし， 太陽系・惑星・生命の謎に迫りたいと考えています．
